Few days back when I was celebrating New Year night with my friends I was thinking that we always welcome new-year with some promises and commitments but can young people meet these promises and commitments alone I personally think never. I agree that young people are more optimistic but to achieve goals and desired results we must collaborate with adults especially with government’s functionaries. I hope that all the young people who are active to make a positive social change in their communities will think on this and I wish them all the best for 2003 and hope that their dreams for this year come true.
